SARIAN
|
Sarian Systems is the UK's leading manufacturer of IP routers designed specifically for mission critical
applications – communications devices that are vital to the day-to-day running of a business. Such applications
typically include ATMs or lotteries, where any downtime suffered by terminals will bring business to a halt, as
well as resulting in lost revenue and customer dissatisfaction.
Sarian featured in the 2006 Sunday Times Microsoft Tech Track 100 as one of the fastest growing technology
company's in the UK. Sarian also appeared in the 02 / Real Business Magazine's independent report to find "the 50
hottest young firms in the British Mobile Industry".
Sarian’s wireless and wired routers are sold in more than 40 countries to blue chip companies such as American
Express, Travelex and BP Oil, as well as to major telecommunications and ATM operators. Sarian’s products are used
in more than 75 percent of the UK’s petrol stations, while it is the preferred supplier to G-Tech and Scientific
Games, which between them operate 80 percent of the worldwide lottery market.
Sarian wireless routers are also deployed by organisations such as meteorological institutes, which rely upon remote
telemetry for the purposes of monitoring and observation, as well as companies requiring a business continuity
strategy – as a backup to their wired broadband network.
